What customers say?

“ Gorgeously quaint, Harry Potter themed Cafe, Tea House and adjoining Store of Requirement selling all manner of HP gear. Just divine sitting in the many and various table options (alfresco, under umbrellas, trees, indoors in HP themed rooms in AC). Just so much love and effort put into this unique and magical place. Have had the butter beer in the past and regretted it, not sure what we were expecting but didn’t enjoy it. $9 single scone with jam and cream was nice. Had to try a $22.50 pulled pork, apple and cheese jaffle which I’ve never seen anywhere else before but was enjoyable with its warmed apple dipping sauce and crackling crumb. Iced lemon tea was ok but not great value at $9.50 for an average drink size. Overall a lovely day trip visit. ”

“ Went here as part of the Amazingco Mystery picnic adventure. Great food and drinks and Harry Potter type “things” that kept the gkids happy for quite some time. Went to other places too and the Kumbartcho Sanctuary was a real hit with fantastic staff … watch out for the witch (and the fairies). ”

“ The cutest little cafe!! And the perfect addition to The Store of Requirement. The scones with jam and cream were incredible and the coffee was great! The two staff members were super nice despite being understaffed. Such a great location too, very chill vibe. ”

“ Absolutely fantastic service the team is so friendly and accommodating. Love the vibe of the place, there’s so much character in the interior and decor. A really nice place to enjoy the afternoon under the shade. Had the pork roast jaffle which is delish! ”

“ Absolutely loved our visit to The Owlery Cafe in Samford! It’s a quirky, themed little gem with so much character — every corner is full of charm and fun details. The menu is fantastic with plenty of delicious options (the breakfast was spot on!) and the coffee was great too. The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home. Can’t wait to come back for breakfast again soon — it’s definitely become a new favourite spot! ”

“ 5 Hoots out of 5 This is a great way to have breakfast, brunch, or lunch. Amazingly well themed with so many little quirky objects and pictures that it will be a treat for Harry Potter fans. Even if you’re not a fan, it’s still a great place to visit. Food options are really uniquely named and there’s plenty to choose from on each of the menus. Having brunch we had a difficult time deciding because everything looked so good. We decided on the Corn Fritters, with bacon of course, Chicken Pesto jaffle, and a Sorting Salad. All were amazing, and would definitely come back to sample some of the other offerings. In fact, already made a booking! This is something I’d definitely recommend - book your table in advance as this place is very popular and can get a little busy. Add this place to your magical journey ”

“ Lovely serene surroundings, scones with cream and jam were amazing, not too sweet but flavoursome. It would be nice to get the scones delivered together with the coffee, next time I will ask. Great venue for Harry Potter fans with lots of Harry Potter merchandise. ”

“ Wish I spoke Parseltongue with all the snakes I found on the ground — not joking, they were real snakes! My wife ran so fast! Absolutely fantastic service — the wizarding team here is so friendly and accommodating. I love the magic of this place; the character is truly enchanting from top to bottom. The more you look, the more little details you discover — so many charming wizarding knick-knacks everywhere. A wonderful spot to relax with a good spellbook under the shade. I had the pork roast jaffle — delish! ”
